WNW f2 increasing later, 1/8ths very good

West Hill 08.00 – 08.35 SB
Meadow Pipit 11 W, House Martin 1800 W, Swallow 1100 W, Great Spotted woodpecker 4 W, Yellow Wagtail 3 W, Finch sp.f6 E, Ring Ouzel ( juv.) 1 E,
5 Willow warblers.
Also of note a raven

West St Leonards 8.15-8.40 AG
Great spotted woodpecker 1 W, Tree pipit 1 W.
3 Chiffchaffs.

South Saxons 8.40-9.30 AG
House martin 125 W.
6 Chiffchaffs, 5 Blackcaps, 2 Common whitethroats, 13 Robins, 1 Whinchat and 1 Spotted flycatcher. (the flycatcher feeding in poplars just a few meters from the busy Bexhill Road).

also 6 Dunnocks flying high or in trees during the morning – possibly some or all migrants.

Bulverhythe – Pebsham – Galley Hill 9.35-11.10 AG
Swallow 4 W, House martin 10 W, Meadow pipit 1 N, 22 W (including 4 in from N),
Yellow wagtail
1 S.
3 Chiffchaffs, 1 Common whitethroat. 3 Robins at Galley Hill.
