A very good passage of Great skuas recorded, including a loose party of 9 birds and with most travelling in pairs or multiples of pairs;-
Arctic Skua 1 e, Great skua 42 e, Fulmar 19 e 1w, Manx shearwater 3 w, Kittiwake 4 e, Greater black-backed gull 3 e, Common gull 2 e, Sandwich tern 26 e, Gannet 80 e 15 w, Teal 3 e, Common scoter 28 e and 3 on sea later flew w, Dunlin 2 e, Bar-tailed godwit 1 e, Avocet 4 e – passing close but mainly hidden in a great wave trough.
