Hastings Spring Bird Migration report 2012

Wednesday 4th April
WSW to SSW later f3 3/8ths, Good

Fairlight-Hastings and Ore-Fairlight, both through HCPNR 0645-1145:
1 Ring Ouzel near Barn Pond, and 1 Dartford Warbler just E of the Firehills entrance to HCPNR.
Yesterday a Red Kite seen heading N over St. Leonards by Keith Hackett-SOS website.

Galley Hill and Pebsham to Bulverhythe am.
10 Wheatears, 2 Black redstarts, 1 Swallow, 1 Willow warbler. Blackcaps and Chiffchaffs widespread on territories.

1 Black-throated and 2 Red-throated divers on sea.

of note;- 6 Water pipits in summer plumage Filsham.
