Rock-a-Nore 0700-0800 AP : No definite seabird migration during heavy rain, but 1 Yellow Wagtail up from the beach and inland. A juvenile Mediterranean Gull lingering offshore, 4 Common Terns W.

Hastings Country Park : Firehills to Hastings via Barley Lane and Ecclesbourne Meadow, 1110-1400 AP [after rain had ceased]:
20 Willow Warbler, 8 Lesser Whitethroat, 1 Reed Warbler, 1 Grasshopper Warbler giving prolonged views at close range on clifftop E of Ecclesbourne Meadow, Swallow 2W 4E. A juvenile Stonechat Ecclesbourne Meadow.

non migrants included 45 Cormorants on the rock ledge below Firehills, and 2 adult Ravens.
