Does this count as ‘wild’?

Its autumn…and here is my first batch (have begun two) of Elderberry Wine…the berries, wild, from Barley Lane area. All berries seem very early this year, as widely talked about on radio and tv, there were plenty of blackberries still (we also picked 5lb of those as well). The Elder berries seem in all stages, from some trees holding only green clusters to others that hold mostly dark blue/purple/black clusters, ripe for the picking.
The only problem with Elderberry wine is that it take a couple of years to mature ready for drinking….!!
