Conservation Day at HCPNR

Despite the inclement weather, yesterday’s Conservation Day was a great success. We have now made a significant inroad into the wetland creation in the field GP04. A huge thanks to the guys that came and gave their all, and more, on one of the toughest days we’ve had for a long time. The next one will be an easier day (honest!).

To find out about conservation within the Reserve, why not come along and join us. No previous experience is necessary. We provide the tools and guidance on how to use them. Our next two dates are Thursday 16th June and Sunday 3rd July. For more details call in at the Visitor Centre or phone Alex the Ranger on 01424 813225, Wednesday to Sunday.
