Rooftop Moths

A small number of moths were in the trap yesterday morning after a mild calm saturday/sunday night including 8 common quaker, 3 early grey and a hebrew character. It was colder last night so not much on the wing only a common quaker and a early grey present.

Early grey is a common spring flying moth occurring in gardens, woodland edge and scrub. The larvae feed on honeysuckle.
