More spring passage

Quite a busy couple of hours from Rock-a-Nore this morning, with a good range of species heading east. These included my first Sandwich Tern, 3 Mediterranean Gulls, 125 Teal , 12 Mallards [a record count !], 280 Brent Geese and 19 Red Throated Divers.

Spring visitors are turning up along the coast now, with Sand Martins and Wheatears being reported in small numbers. I saw a Wheatear on a remote part of East Guldeford Levels this afternoon.
