Turnstones and Ivy Bees

Today I repeated a walk I did a couple of weeks ago, walking along the shore from Rock-a-Nore counting Turnstones and anything else of interest. This time the Turnstone count was less, 210 compared with 280 on Sept 6th, with an almost complete absence of them on Bexhill seafront.  However there was a high count of 200 Great Black Backs at RAN, and a spectacular number of Ivy Bees on the low cliffs at Glyne, surely 1000 +
