West Hill Road Moths

L-album Wainscot
It was warmer overnight with cloud producing a good number of moths in the roof-top trap. The highlights were L-album wainscot, a nationally scarce moth that is common in Hastings. Also a Haworth’s pug which is common here due to the large areas of the moths foodplant, traveller’s joy, on the undercliff below.
